As an independent locksmith, when you make a call to REMS, it’s me that you get to speak to and me that arrives at your door to carry out the work needed. As a self-employed locksmith my overheads are low in comparison to national companies which allows me to give my customers a competitive quote.
I want customers to be happy with both the service that I provide, the security measures that I provide and with the work that is carried out.

Clare Pearson5 StarRamin responded to my Sunday afternoon plea to help us get back into our bedroom, after our little boy locked the door, inexplicably trapped a medal in it and then shut it - locking us all out. He was brilliantly responsive and was with us within an hour or so (despite family commitments) - he worked his magic, picked the lock and had us back in within 5 minutes. Amazing work, lovely guy - my very sheepish 4 year old was relieved, too, after being very worried we were locked out forever! Thank you!Sunday 3rd March 2024

He came at the time we agreed so he is reliable, he explained what was wrong & what he did to fix it. Even went the extra mile and sorted my actual door for me which was dodgy. The whole experience ended up been a positive one and I felt massive relief overall. I think he could tell I was stressing and did his best to reassure me.
