Advertised from £29 no call out charge, chap arrived on time took less than 10 minutes to readjust hinges on door job done , the killer was the £70- 78p charge. I should have gone to speck savers i feel like I have just been robbed

The only positive thing I have to say is that they arrived quickly. The locksmith smelled like alcohol and was very impatient. He literally started drilling the lock off the door before even looking what was wrong or asking if I wanted a new lock or it fixing. He didn’t have the correct lock with him so he tried cobbling together parts of the old lock and parts of a different one before saying he needed to go away and get a new one. He lied to his office in front of me, claiming he had been waiting an hour for payment when it was only 2 minutes he waited. Zero customer service from him or the office.

Many thanks. The locksmith was brilliant. He arrived on time, he showed me what he was doing, he showed me the quality of the new lock and asked me to test it before he left. It was very quick and efficient and helped me a lot after the trauma of having things stolen
